Photographs of Kingfishers by Yvonne van der MeyA meeting with one of the Kingfishers is a definite highlight of my trips
to Africa. They are jewels, each and every one. I have been so lucky to
see most of the species of Kingfishers in the Kruger National Park, and
have managed to capture most of them on photographs. One of them, the
Woodland Kingfisher, has a loud and beautiful call. To me, it always sounds
